Ingredients

  • 1 large loaf French bread or italian bread
  • 10 ounce bag spinach cooked and drained, frozen, chopped
  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese divided, shredded
  • cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ cups sour cream
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper

Notes

  • Optional: Melt butter and mix some garlic with it. Brush over sides of bread to make a delicious garlic butter crust.
