Ingredients
- 24 white mushrooms or baby bella mushrooms
- 14 ounce artichoke heart drained and chopped, canned
- 10 ounce spinach thawed, drained, and chopped, frozen, package
- 6 oz. cream cheese softened, ⅓ less fat if desired
- 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese divided, shredded
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- ¼ cup sour cream light, or plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup mayonnaise light
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper ground
