  • 2 Roma tomato halved and sliced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese medium, shredded

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup yogurt plain, Greek
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • black pepper to taste, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. In a large serving bowl, combine all salad ingredients and toss.
