Ingredients

Servings
  • 2 cups spinach fresh
  • 1 cup Mango frozen chunks
  • 1 banana ripe
  • 1 green apple cored and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice fresh
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add the spinach, frozen mango, banana, green apple, lime juice, chia seeds, almond milk, and ice cubes to a blender.
  2. Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Pour the smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • - For a thinner consistency, add more almond milk or water. For a thicker smoothie, add more frozen mango or ice cubes.
  • - Frozen mango should help thicken the smoothie and add a tropical sweetness without the need for additional sweeteners. If you find you need additional sweetness, I suggest adding a tablespoon of honey.
