Spinach, Rocket and Strawberry Salad with Strawberry Vinaigrette

For the salad

• 150 gms spinach fresh, baby, 5 oz, mix
• 150 gms rocket fresh, baby, 5 oz, mix
• 225 gms strawberries cut lengthwise into thick slices, 1 ½ cups
• 50 gms pecans ½ cup, halves

For the dressing

• 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 3 tbsp strawberry balsamic vinegar
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp black pepper
