Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 can (13.8 ounces) pizza dough or use my homemade pizza dough recipe, refrigerated
  • 6 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 Tablespoons butter softened, salted
  • 1 cup ham chopped
  • 3/4 broccoli finely chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded, mild
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup green onion chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a large baking sheet with cooking spray. Press pizza dough out into a large rectangle; about 12 x 16 inches.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the butter and cream cheese until combined. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough. Top evenly with the chopped ham, broccoli, cheese, parmesan cheese and green onion.
  3. Roll the dough up into a log, pinching the seam to seal. Slice the roll into 12 one-inch pieces. Place the rolls onto the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly golden brown and cheese is bubbly. Serve and enjoy!
