- 1 banana
- ¾ cup milk
- crushed ice
Instructions
- Add Spirulina powder, banana, milk and some crushed ice to a powerful blender jar.
- Mix smooth.
- Enjoy cold.

- The smoothie will turn out thicker with a frozen banana.
