Sriracha Aioli
Description
Sriracha Aioli mixes pressed garlic, lemon or lime juice, and kosher salt into a paste before blending with mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce. The garlic paste ensures even flavor distribution, while the lemon juice adds a fresh, tangy brightness. Sriracha provides controlled heat and flavor, which can be adjusted to taste. The final aioli is smooth and rich, with a spicy kick suitable for enhancing various foods.
This aioli pairs well drizzled over corn, vegan Bahn Mi sandwiches, burgers, potato wedges, fries, and more. It is a simple sauce that transforms dishes with its creamy texture and balanced heat.
It stores well refrigerated for up to three days, allowing make-ahead convenience.
