Sriracha BBQ Sauce Recipe

This recipe makes about ½ cup of Sriracha bbq sauce.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar unseasoned
  • 1 teaspoon worcester sauce

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and whisk until combined.
  2. Stirring continuously, bring the sauce to a simmer, then turn the heat off. Let cool to room temperature.
  3. Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

  • How to use it:
  • Use this bbq sauce on grilled or smoked meat, including ribs, pork chops, chicken, steaks and burgers. Or, use it as a dipping sauce for chicken wings, shrimp or even French fries!
