Sriracha Buffalo Chicken Wings Recipe

These Sriracha Buffalo Chicken Wings are baked to a crispy finish and coated in a spicy sauce made with melted butter and sriracha. The preparation balances heat and richness, offering wings with a crispy skin and a tangy, spicy coating, garnished with fresh cilantro or parsley for brightness.

Description

The recipe starts by seasoning raw chicken wings with salt, pepper, and neutral oil before baking them at a high temperature to achieve crispiness without frying. While the wings cook, a sauce is prepared by combining melted butter with sriracha, creating a creamy yet spicy glaze.

Once baked, the wings are tossed in the sriracha butter sauce to evenly coat them in flavor. The heat from the sriracha complements the richness of the butter and the crispy skin of the wings, making a classic buffalo-style dish with a spicy twist. Adding cilantro or parsley as garnish introduces a fresh herbal note to the plate.

This dish can be served immediately as a snack, appetizer, or casual main course. The baking method reduces oil usage compared to frying yet retains appealing crisp texture.
