Sriracha Honey Glazed Brussels Sprouts

These Sriracha Honey Glazed Brussels Sprouts combine the sweetness of honey and the spicy kick of sriracha, coating roasted tender Brussels sprouts with a shiny, flavorful glaze. The roasting process softens the sprouts and adds slight browning that enhances their natural nuttiness. The garlic powder and melted butter in the glaze balance the heat and sweetness, creating a well-rounded side dish that pairs well with a variety of meals.

Description

The Sriracha Honey Glazed Brussels Sprouts feature halved fresh Brussels sprouts coated in a mixture of melted butter, honey, sriracha, and garlic powder before roasting at a high temperature. This cooking method softens the sprouts while developing lightly browned edges that add texture and depth. The finishing drizzle of reserved glaze adds extra flavor and shine. Salt and pepper are added to taste, allowing the heat from the sriracha and sweetness from the honey to come through distinctly without overwhelming the natural flavor of the sprouts.

This side dish works well alongside roasted meats or as part of a vegetable-focused meal. The balance of sweet, spicy, and savory notes makes it versatile for different cuisines. Serve it warm, straight from the oven, to enjoy the tender yet slightly crisp texture of the sprouts.
