Sriracha Steak Fried Rice

This quick and easy Sriracha Steak Fried Rice recipe is made in one pot, in under 30 minutes, perfect for weeknight dinners in a hurry!

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sesame oil divided
- 1 cup onion diced
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 eggs
- 1 lb skirt steak sliced
- ½ cup soy sauce Tamari for gluten free
- 1 tsp fresh ginger grated or ½ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ cup Sriracha
- 4 cups cooked white rice
- ¼ cup green onions chopped
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the onions and peas.
- Cook 4-5 minutes, then add the garlic.
- Cook for 1 minute then move the vegetables to one side of the pan and crack the eggs in the other side.
- Scramble the eggs, then combine with the vegetables.
- Move the vegetables and eggs to one side of the pan.
- Add the additional tablespoon of sesame oil to the other side of the pan.
- Add the steak and cook for 1-2 minutes until seared on the outside.
- Add the soy sauce, ginger and Sriracha.
- Mix everything together.
- Add the rice, combine everything and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Add the green onions and serve.
