Starbucks Pumpkin Bread
Description
Starbucks Pumpkin Bread blends a spiced quick bread batter featuring pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice for a moist, tender loaf. Eggs and two types of sugar add sweetness and moisture, while baking soda and powder help create a light texture. The batter is gently combined and baked in a greased loaf pan at 350°F for about 60-70 minutes, until set and firm in the center.
The result is a fragrant, soft bread with the familiar pumpkin and spice flavor profile found in popular coffee shop versions. This bread can be sliced for breakfast, snacks, or dessert and pairs well with butter or cream cheese. An added benefit is how well it freezes, allowing leftover portions to be stored and thawed later without loss of texture.
