Starbucks Pumpkin Latte Copycat

This Starbucks Pumpkin Latte Copycat blends warm milk infused with pumpkin puree, brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice with freshly brewed strong coffee. The latte is frothy and creamy, with balanced sweetness and autumnal spices, topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon for a seasonal coffeehouse experience at home.

Description

The recipe combines milk gently heated with pumpkin puree, brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. The mixture is warmed without boiling to develop flavor and maintain creaminess. Vanilla extract is added for depth, then mixed with hot brewed strong coffee to create a frothy latte. The resulting beverage highlights pumpkin's subtle earthiness paired with sweet spices and coffee's rich bitterness.

Whipped cream and cinnamon on top add a creamy texture and aromatic spiciness, enhancing both appearance and taste. The latte can be made on the stovetop by whisking ingredients over medium heat or in a microwave for convenience, with similar results.

This homemade version replicates the pumpkin spice flavor characteristic of the popular Starbucks drink, suitable as a cozy warm beverage during cooler seasons or as a festive treat.
