For the Kabobs:

  • 1 pound beef sirloin cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 mushroom 8 oz package, cleaned and cut in half
  • 1 bell pepper cleaned and cut into 1 inch pieces, multi-colored, package
  • 1 red onion cleaned and cut into 1 inch pieces, large
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients for marinade.
