Lemony Italian Steak Marinade:

  • 1 ½ pound steak of choice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice and zest
  • 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Garlicky Worcestershire Steak Marinade:

  • 1 ½ pound steak of choice
  • ½ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic minced, cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Soy Ginger Steak Marinade:

  • 1 ½ pound steak of choice
  • ½ cup soy sauce reduced sodium
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic minced, cloves
  • 1 tablespoon ginger grated, fresh
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Cumin Lime Steak Marinade:

  • 1 ½ pound steak of choice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 lime juiced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. For each variation of marinade, whisk the marinade ingredients together in a shallow bowl. Add the flank steak on top and turn the meat over so it is well coated.
  2. Let sit for at least 2 hours, or up to 24 hours, flipping the meat once or twice during the marinating time, then cook as desired.
