Stone Fruit Salad

Stone Fruit Salad combines fresh peaches, nectarines, plums, and grapes with chopped mint, all drizzled in a vanilla honey syrup. The mix offers sweet, juicy flavors with a refreshing herbal note from the mint, making it a light and fruity dish for warm days or as a healthy dessert option.

Description

This Stone Fruit Salad features a colorful combination of ripe peaches, nectarines, plums, and grapes, cut into bite-sized pieces. Fresh mint leaves are finely sliced and mixed in to add a cool, aromatic contrast that enhances the natural fruit sweetness.

The salad is dressed with a simple vanilla honey syrup made by stirring honey and hot water with vanilla extract until combined and cooled, then poured over the fruit. This adds a mild floral sweetness and slight moisture, helping to blend the flavors and provide a slight glaze to the fruit.

Served chilled or at room temperature, this salad suits brunches, picnics, or as a light dessert. The fresh fruit's varying textures and the syrup's sweetness combined with the herbaceous mint create a balanced flavor profile.
