Ingredients

Servings
  • 2 pounds ground beef lean
  • one oz Stove Top Stuffing
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 batch meatloaf sauce

Optional

  • 1 teaspoon meatloaf seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a rimmed baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the stuffing mix, ground beef, ketchup, garlic, salt and pepper. If you want more flavor, add in a teaspoon of meatloaf seasoning.
  3. Whisk the eggs, milk and Worcestershire sauce together until well combined then pour over the meat mixture. Use your hands to mix the ingredients together until well combined.
  4. Transfer the meat to the baking dish and shape the meat into a loaf.
  5. Combine the meatloaf sauce ingredients together until combined. Brush the meatloaf evenly with the sauce.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 50-60 minutes or until the meatloaf has at least a 165 °F internal temperature.
  7. Cool for 10 minutes on the pan then slice and serve.

Notes

  • This is best baked on a flat pan as the stuffing holds this meatloaf together in a loaf shape perfectly and the fat drains away nicely.
