For the overnight oats:

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats old fashioned
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or other sweetener
  • 1-2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup strawberries chopped
  • 4 banana sliced in half and quartered

Optional toppings:

  • chocolate sauce
  • nuts chopped
  • Whipped Cream
  • Cherry

Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine oats, almond milk, vanilla, yogurt, maple syrup, chia seeds, chocolate chips, and strawberries.
  2. Place the bananas into mason jars that you'll be storing in overnight.
  3. Pour the oatmeal mixture into the mason jars, dividing equally between the two jars.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Once ready to eat top with your favorite banana split toppings.
