Strawberry Banana Smoothie

A Strawberry Banana Smoothie blends fresh or frozen strawberries and banana with almond milk and optional honey and ice cubes. The combination yields a creamy and slightly sweet smoothie that can be adjusted in thickness by adding more milk or ice. This versatile beverage can suit breakfast or snack occasions and allows protein additions for added nutrition.

Description

This Strawberry Banana Smoothie recipe mixes strawberries and banana—either fresh or frozen—with almond milk and optionally a touch of honey and ice cubes. Blending these ingredients creates a smooth, creamy texture with natural sweetness and fruit flavors. The ice cubes adjust the thickness and chill of the smoothie as desired.

The method is simple: all the ingredients go into a blender and are pureed until smooth. If using frozen fruit, ice is not necessary but can be added for variation in texture. Thinning or thickening the smoothie by adding more almond milk or ice is easy during blending.

This smoothie works well as a light breakfast or refreshing snack. It can be enhanced by adding protein powder, Greek yogurt, or rolled oats if desired, providing extra satiety or nutrition without changing the core fruit flavor.
