Make this delicious Strawberry banana smoothie recipe for breakfast or an afternoon snack. With just three ingredients and in under 5 minutes time you will have a delicious smoothie in hand. The perfect way to use up fruit that might be on its way out.

Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 2 Gala apples quartered core removed
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- ¼ cup water
Instructions
- Add the bananas, apples (peel on but cored), frozen strawberries and water to a high-speed blender.
- Blend on smoothie (high) setting for 45 seconds. If the smoothie isn't smooth blend for an additional 45 seconds.
- Divide evenly among two cups and enjoy.
Notes
- Sweetener - This smoothie recipe does not need any sweetener. The natural sweetness of the fruit works perfectly for this recipe.
- Dairy - You can add in ½ cup of yogurt to make this smoothie creamier.
