Ingredients
- 1/3 cup strawberries chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 ounces tequila
- 4 ounces chilled dry or semi-dry champagne
- jalapeño for garnish, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Place the chopped strawberries in the bottom of a cocktail shake and add the sugar. Let them sit for 5 minutes. Add the tequila and muddle the heck out of the strawberries until they break down. Add an ice cube and shake the mixture well, then pour it evenly into 2 glasses.
- Top each glass off with the champagne. Drop in a jalapeño slice and serve!
