Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 3 tablespoons Flax Seed Chia Coconut Blend, blend
  • 3 tablespoons chia seed
  • 3 tablespoons coconut
  • ½ cup strawberry yogurt
  • 1 cup milk 2%
  • 1 tablespoon strawberry honey raw
  • 16 strawberry washed, diced, and divided, fresh

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the rolled oats, Barlean's Flax, Chia, Coconut Blend, Stonyfield Strawberry yogurt, milk, and honey.
  2. Rinse and dice the strawberries. Set to the side.
  3. Place a thin layer of strawberries at the bottom of two mason jars. Then layer a few spoonfuls of oatmeal into each glass. Add another layer of fresh strawberries, followed by the remaining oatmeal. Top with additional strawberries. Place in refrigerator overnight, and enjoy the next morning.

Notes

  • Cheesecake Taste - Add in 3 tablespoons whipped cream cheese to the oat batter to give it the cheesecake taste.
  • Flax Chia Coconut Blend - I love the Barleans brand. If you can't find it you can make your own mix of equal parts flaxseed, chia seeds, and shredded coconut.
  • Cheesecake Taste - Add in 3 tablespoons whipped cream cheese to the oat batter to give it the cheesecake taste.
