Strawberry Balsamic Dressing

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or blender, pulse the strawberries, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, dijon mustard, garlic, salt and pepper until smooth. Set aside.
