Strawberry chocolate chip overnight oats are a delicious and healthy make ahead breakfast or snack!

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup milk I like to use unsweetened vanilla almond milk, of choice
  • 1/2 cup yogurt plain, Greek
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup more or less depending on your taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Pinch salt
  • 2/3 cup rolled oats gluten-free if needed
  • 1/2 cup strawberry diced
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
  • strawberry optional, extra, for topping
  • chocolate chips
  • oats

Instructions

  1. In a medium sized bowl whisk together the wet ingredients. Stir in the oats, chia seeds, strawberries and chocolate chips until combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into two jars or bowls, cover and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours or overnight. Top with the extra strawberries and chocolate chips if desired.
