  • 6 strawberries hulled
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar to taste
  • 6 ounces gin
  • ice
  • 1/4 cup club soda or tonic water

  2. Add ice, three ounces of gin to each glass, and fill the glass to the top with club soda.
