Strawberry Jasmine Oat Latte
Description
This recipe begins by steeping jasmine tea powder or a tea bag in hot water, optionally frothing the tea powder for texture. Meanwhile, diced strawberries are mixed with sugar, allowing them to macerate and release natural juices. Ice cubes and oat milk are added to a serving glass, and the jasmine tea is poured on top. The drink is stirred before serving to mix the floral tea, the fruity strawberry syrup, and the creamy oat milk.
The combination yields a refreshing latte that balances jasmine’s light fragrance with strawberry’s fruitiness and oat milk’s mild creaminess. It is served cold with ice, ideal for warm weather or as a delicate tea variation.
