Strawberry Parfaits Recipe

These easy protein-packed parfaits are made with Greek yogurt, whey protein, and fresh strawberries. They make for a great breakfast or snack option.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounce Greek yogurt your choice of flavor, containers
  • 1 coop whey protein Vanilla Flavor
  • 1 ½ Cups strawberry chopped, fresh
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam Sugar-Free
  • ¼ Cup granola low-fat
  • strawberry Optional garnish, whole

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the 2 5-ounce Containers Greek yogurt and 1 Scoop Whey Protein. In another bowl, mix the 1 ½ Cups Fresh strawberries and 2 tablespoons Strawberry jam
  2. Layer the yogurt mixture, strawberry mixture and ¼ Cup Low-fat granola in two parfait glasses.
  3. Garnish with Whole strawberries and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can omit the protein powder if you don't want the additional protein.
  • You may use any other fruits of your choice or any fruits that are in season or you have on hand.
  • Vegan Option: use plant-based protein and plant-based yogurt for a vegan option for this protein parfait recipe.
  • Use store-bought granola or make your granola at home.
  • You can easily double up on the recipe to make a huge batch.
