An easy, healthy and delicious way to eat oats. Filled with fresh strawberries and peaches, plus rolled oats and hemp seeds for omegas.

Ingredients
- ½ Cup strawberry minced
- ½ Cup peach frozen or fresh, sliced
- ½ Cup rolled oats old fashioned
- ½ Cup almond milk unsweetened
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts hulled
- 1 teaspoon vegan honey
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and store in the refrigerator overnight.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
