Strawberry sauce
Description
The Strawberry sauce recipe includes whole strawberries combined with sugar, water, and lemon juice, simmered over medium heat until the mixture thickens and intensifies. The lemon juice adds brightness balancing the sweetness, while the cooking reduces the berries to a rich sauce with a smooth texture and prominent strawberry flavor.
This sauce can be used immediately warm or chilled for later use, ideal as a topping for ice cream, cakes, pancakes, or stirred into yogurt for extra flavor. The balance of sweetness with a mild tart note allows flexible pairing in various snacks or desserts.

- ¼ cup water
- ½ lemon juiced
