Ingredients
- 6 cups spinach washed and dried
- 1 red onion sliced
- 1 cup radish sliced into rounds
- 2 cups strawberries sliced
- 1 avocado sliced or cut into chunks

- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
Dressing:
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

- 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds

Instructions
- Combine Dressing ingredients in a small bowl or measuring cup and whisk with a fork to combine.
- Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add dressing and toss to combine. Top with lots of crumbled feta cheese and serve.
