Strawberry Spinach Salad
Description
This salad starts with fresh spinach as the base, tossed with juicy sliced strawberries and thinly sliced red onions to add mild sharpness. Toasted pecans add a crunchy texture and nutty flavor, while crumbled goat cheese (or feta) contributes a creamy and tangy note. The addition of diced avocado, tossed in fresh lemon juice, provides smoothness and richness.
The dressing blends white balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into a harmonious balance of sweet and tangy flavors. When drizzled over the salad, it brings together the various textures and taste dimensions, making each bite interesting. This salad works well as a light side dish or a refreshing starter.
