Strawberry Spinach Smoothies
Description
The smoothie begins with liquid ingredients—mango or orange juice and yogurt—providing a creamy and tangy base. Adding fresh or frozen strawberries, blueberries, and banana introduces natural sweetness and berry flavor while contributing fiber and nutrients. Fresh spinach adds a mild green taste and packed nutrients without overpowering the fruit flavors.
Honey is drizzled in to adjust sweetness as needed. The combination is blended until smooth, yielding a drink with a balanced texture that is neither too thick nor too thin. The drink’s flavor is fruity with a subtle earthiness from the spinach, making it a nutritious choice for breakfast or a snack.
The method advises adding the liquid first, then fruit, then spinach last, blending thoroughly after each addition to ensure smoothness. Using fresh ingredients or frozen fruit influences the smoothie’s temperature and thickness.
