Strawberry Vanilla Baked Oatmeal

This baked oatmeal features gluten-free oats combined with vanilla, cinnamon, and diced strawberries for a creamy, tender texture and bright flavor. Toasted almonds add a subtle crunch throughout. The dish is baked until golden and set, offering a comforting breakfast option with a naturally sweet and fruity profile, complemented by a drizzle of almond butter and maple syrup topping.

Description

Strawberry Vanilla Baked Oatmeal blends rolled oats with warm cinnamon, subtle vanilla extract, and fresh strawberries to create a tender and moist baked dish. Toasted almonds provide texture contrast, while baking powder ensures a balanced rise for a firm yet soft interior. The use of unsweetened vanilla almond milk and maple syrup sweetens the mixture without overpowering the fruit's natural brightness.

The batter is mixed thoroughly and baked until the top is golden with a gently set center. After resting, the oatmeal is ready for serving with vanilla almond butter and a finishing drizzle of maple syrup, enhancing its richness and flavor complexity.

This prepared baked oatmeal is convenient for breakfast, offering a fruit-forward, mildly spiced start to the day. It reheats well and pairs nicely with a variety of toppings for added flavor and nutrition.
