- 1/4 cup Strawberry Puree
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- pinch salt
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberry puree recipe. Set aside 1/4 cup for this recipe. Freeze any extra puree for recipes in the future.
- In a large bowl, place the puree, whipping cream, powdered sugar, and a pinch of salt. Beat at high speed until the mixture forms stiff peaks.
- Use to fill up eclairs, top cakes and desserts.
