Six ingredients in this indulgent yogurt parfait!. Made with fresh or frozen strawberries, dairy-free yogurt, and sweetened natural honey.

- 1.5 cups coconut yogurt
- 3 tablespoons coconut milk cream from a can
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1.25 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
- 2 teaspoons Flaxseed
- 3 tablespoons almonds chopped, optional for topping

Instructions
- In a small bowl combine the yogurt, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla. Mix well until no clumps from the coconut milk remain.
- In small mason jars, divide ⅔'s of the yogurt mixture. Top each jar with some of the strawberries and flaxmeal.
- Place the remaining yogurt on top. Followed by the berries and almonds.
