  • 1.5 cups coconut yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons coconut milk cream from a can
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.25 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 teaspoons Flaxseed
  • 3 tablespoons almonds chopped, optional for topping

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl combine the yogurt, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla. Mix well until no clumps from the coconut milk remain.
  2. In small mason jars, divide ⅔'s of the yogurt mixture. Top each jar with some of the strawberries and flaxmeal.
  3. Place the remaining yogurt on top. Followed by the berries and almonds.
