This breakfast is as delicious as it is easy! With only 5 ingredients, these Stuffed Biscuit Breakfast Bombs pack in the flavor for a morning meal that is hearty and filling.

Ingredients
- 1 can large biscuits (8 count refrigerated)
- 3 large eggs scrambled
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 sausage links or strips of bacon sliced into bite sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon Challenge Everything Snack Spread melted

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350˚F.
- Split each biscuit so that it is half the thickness.
- Lay the 16 biscuit halves out and add a spoonful of eggs, a sprinkle of cheese and a couple of pieces of sausage or bacon on each one.
- Carefully pull up the sides of the biscuit and pinch them together to close the seams and create a round biscuit breakfast bomb.
- Place each breakfast bomb, seam side down, in an 8x8 casserole dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Remove, brush with the Challenge Everything Snack Spread, and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until the breakfast bombs are cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
