Stuffing in a Bundt Pan

This stuffing baked in a bundt pan transforms a traditional casserole into a molded loaf with a crisp exterior and tender interior. Eggs are incorporated into the stuffing mixture to help it set when baked in the prepared bundt pan. After baking and cooling, the stuffing is inverted onto a serving plate, creating an attractive presentation with a firm shape that holds together well for slicing and serving.

Description

The recipe begins by preparing a stuffing mixture that would normally fill a 9x13-inch dish, then mixing in four large eggs to bind the ingredients and support the shape during baking. A 12-cup bundt pan is thoroughly greased with non-stick spray containing flour to prevent sticking and to help release the cooked stuffing with ease.

The stuffing is packed into the bundt pan, ensuring it reaches all the contours. Baking at 400°F for 30 to 40 minutes cooks the mixture through and produces a browned crust on the outside. After baking, the bundt pan is allowed to cool for at least 25 minutes to let the stuffing firm up for easier removal.

To unmold, a narrow spatula is carefully used around the edges to loosen the stuffing before flipping it onto a platter or cake stand. The result is a visually appealing stuffing mold that maintains structural integrity and offers a contrast of crispy outer edges with a moist, soft center. Parsley can be used as a garnish to add color for serving.
