Sugar Free Pumpkin PIe

You can make a delicious pumpkin pie without sugar for dessert. It's great for diabetics.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces pumpkin puree
  • 2 eggs eggs slightly beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Sugar Twin brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 inch pie shell

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F
  2. Place all ingredients except the pie shell in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix well until combined and smooth.
  4. Pour the filling into the pie shell.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F and bake for 30 minutes or until knife inserted into the center of the pie filling comes out clean.
