You can make a delicious pumpkin pie without sugar for dessert. It's great for diabetics.

Ingredients
- 16 ounces pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs eggs slightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Sugar Twin brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 inch pie shell
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Place all ingredients except the pie shell in a mixing bowl.
- Mix well until combined and smooth.
- Pour the filling into the pie shell.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350°F and bake for 30 minutes or until knife inserted into the center of the pie filling comes out clean.
