Ingredients
- 1 mini head romaine lettuce chopped
- 1-2 cucumber seedless, sliced, pickling variety
- 6 grape tomatoes halved
- 1/2 avocado cubed
- 1 egg chopped and cooled, hard boiled
- 2 lices turkey bacon cooked, chopped and cooled (I use maple flavored)
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese grated, sharp
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients, top with your favorite dressing, and enjoy!
