Summer Tomato Salsa

Summer Tomato Salsa mixes finely diced vine-ripened tomatoes, purple onion, and sweet corn with fresh coriander and a splash of lime juice for brightness. Olive oil adds richness while sea salt and black pepper balance flavors. The result is a fresh, chunky salsa that captures the essence of ripe summer tomatoes, ideal for scooping with corn chips or as a topping for grilled dishes.

Description

Summer Tomato Salsa brings together the natural sweetness of vine-ripened tomatoes, crisp purple onion, and canned sweet corn kernels. The fresh coriander adds herbaceous notes, while lime juice brightens and lifts the overall flavor. Olive oil gently smooths the mixture, creating a luscious texture without heavy creaminess. Simple seasoning with sea salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper adjusts flavor without overwhelming the fresh ingredients.

This salsa maintains a chunky and juicy texture, emphasizing the freshness of summer produce. It can be customized with chopped chilies or hot sauce for added spice. The straightforward mixing method requires no cooking, making it a quick accompaniment.

Serve this salsa alongside corn chips and sour cream for classic dipping or use it as a vibrant topping on tacos, grilled meats, or fish. It's well suited for summertime meals where fresh, light, and flavorful sides are desired.
