Super Easy Ham Roll Ups

These easy ham roll ups make the perfect quick lunch or a delicious appetizer that is sure to please everyone! Kid and adult approved!

Ingredients
For the Wraps
- 3 tortillas 12-inch, see note
- 12 lices cheese of thinly sliced, choose your favorite
- 12 lices ham of thinly sliced, choose your favorite
- 2 cups baby arugula or spring greens, or a mix of both
For the Wrap Sauce
- 1 ½ cups mayonaise
- ⅓ cup Dijon mustard or whole grain mustard
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
For the Wrap Sauce
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Taste and adjust seasonings to taste.
For the Wraps
- Lay a tortilla flat.
- Spread an even layer of sauce on the tortilla, leaving about 1 inch of space from the edge.
- Place a layer of cheese on top of the sauce.
- Place a layer of greens on top of the cheese.
- Place a layer of ham on top of the greens.
- Wrap tightly, tucking in any cheese, greens, or ham that get pushed out as you go.
- Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to overnight.
- Just before serving, slice about 1 ½ inch thick.
