Chicken Roll Ups Recipe

These chicken roll ups are thickly seasoned with Italian spices and stuffed with creamy Boursin and mozzarella cheeses.

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 pound thinly sliced chicken breasts
- 5.3 ounces garlic & fine herbs Boursin cheese 1 package
- ½ cup freshly shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper and set aside.
- Mix the garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a small mixing bowl.
- Lay out the chicken on the baking sheet. Sprinkle the chicken with the seasoning mixture. Flip the chicken over.
- Spread the Boursin cheese over the chicken in an even layer. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top. Roll the chicken up and make sure the seam side is down.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Notes
- Storage: Store chicken roll ups in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
