- Start by preheating the oven to 375°F. Grease a baking dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Halve the chicken breasts horizontally to get 4 chicken fillets. Lay them on a cutting board and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread one tablespoon of cream cheese evenly on each piece of chicken. Then, sprinkle minced garlic, chopped parsley, and some mozzarella cheese on top.
