Surf and Turf

Restaurant quality surf and turf with grilled prime steak and crab legs. This is one of the easiest and best surf and turf recipes you can make at home. It's perfect for special occasions or weekend indulgence!

Ingredients

  • 2 steak 6 oz (175g) each, prime
  • salt
  • black pepper ground
  • 1 lb (500g) crab legs 2 clusters, snow
  • parsley chopped
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted, unsalted
  • lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Season the steak generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Steam the snow crab legs in a steamer for 5 minutes, or until heated through.
  3. In the meantime, fire up the grill and cook each side of the steak for 3 minutes. Then, turn it over and grill the other side for 3 minutes for medium-well.
  4. Plate the steak and crab legs on two plates, garnishing with parsley. Serve with melted butter and lemon wedges.
