Sweet and Sour Ground Beef is a delicious dinner made with bell peppers, ketchup, soy sauce and pineapple juice.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 yellow onion , cut into 1/2" chunks
- 1/2 green bell pepper , cut into 1/2" chunks
- 1/2 red bell pepper , cut into 1/2" chunks
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
Instructions
- Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper.
- Drain off any grease.
- Add remaining ingredients except rice.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
- Serve over hot cooked rice.
