- Drain any grease from the skillet.

- Fold any excess dough on the side over the top of the crescent roll.

- Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve with toppings like sour cream and diced green onions, if you'd like.
Notes
- The nutritional information provided does not include the optional toppings.
- Ground turkey can be used in place of ground beef, if desired.
- You can prepare the taco seasoned ground beef ahead of time, but I recommend assembling and baking the taco rolls right before serving them for the best texture.
- If you have leftovers, or want to make the taco croissants ahead of time and reheat them, I recommend using the oven. Place the taco crescent rolls on a baking sheet. Place the baking sheet on the middle rack of the oven with the broiler turned on to high. Cook for 3-5 minutes, but be sure to keep an eye on them to make sure they don’t burn under the broiler. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
- To make this recipe vegetarian, simply swap the ground beef for meatless crumbles, like Impossible meat, or swap in your favorite brand of soy chorizo.
