Taco Meatballs
Description
This Taco Meatballs recipe brings taco seasoning and tomato paste together with green chiles, eggs, breadcrumbs, and cilantro to season ground beef. The mixture is combined then rolled into one-inch balls and baked at a high temperature until cooked through.
The meatballs have a bold taco flavor, seasoned with the packaged mix and enhanced by the tomato paste and fresh chiles. Baking provides a crust on the outside while keeping the inside tender. The cilantro adds fresh herbal notes.
These meatballs can be served as appetizers, with dips, or alongside other taco accompaniments. Their size makes them suitable for party servings or family meals.
