Taco Pasta Salad
Description
Taco Pasta Salad brings together seasoned ground beef with rotini pasta and chili beans for a robust base. Cherry tomatoes add freshness while shredded Mexican cheese contributes creamy, melted textures in the mixed salad. Shredded iceberg lettuce and sliced green onions provide crispness and mild sharpness. Tossed with French dressing, the salad has a tangy and slightly sweet flavor, which complements the savory components.
Crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos are added right before serving to retain their crunchy texture, lending a final texture contrast. This salad can be served chilled or at room temperature and makes a filling dish suitable for potlucks, picnics, or casual lunches.
