Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin ground
- 1/2 tsp EACH smoked paprika dried oregano, ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp EACH garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp EACH onion powder
- 1/2 tsp EACH oregano
- 1/2 tsp EACH ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp EACH salt
- 1/8-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional, quantity to taste
Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Use immediately or store in an airtight container in a cool place for up to 6 months.
- Taco Meat: Use 1 recipe (2 ½ tablespoons) per 1 pound of ground beef, turkey or chicken.
